Introduction

This proposal outlines the creation of a community-focused Innovation & Technology Hub designed to provide access, education, and opportunity in Sandoval County in the city of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The hub will serve as a space where residents can learn, create, and collaborate using modern tools and resources.
